I hope all Mothers had a great day yesterday. I hope you were pampered by your families and treated like you deserve to be treated every day. I would like to thank my wonderful wife Nancy, my mom Burnice, my mother in Law Pat, my daughter Allie and my daughter in law Briana. They have enriched my life with guidance, support, children and grandchildren. I am so fortunate.
I would like to congratulate Matt Kutchar for his win at the Players Championship yesterday.
I appreciate all the work and dedication that has gone into all of the research for a cure for cancer. We have cancer survivors in our family as most do. Luckily they are still with us. I do think I saw way too much pink yesterday.. Pink shirts and hats....great. Pink pants...maybe. Pink shoes, bats, gloves, spikes, socks, wrist bands.....I don't know. It kind of loses it's impact when there is so much. And in the middle of all of the pink was Ricky Fowler in all orange. The TV guys must have been going crazy trying to get that color combo right.
I feel bad for Kevin Na. I hate slow play though. You knew he wasn't going to do well under the Sunday pressure though. I liked the logo on his sleeve. A black square with the name Na and the number 11. The atomic number of sodium. Matt 5:13 "You are the salt of the earth" A great testimony. I wish him well in the future.
We are looking forward to photographing to the Studio West Performing Arts Centre recital this weekend. The kids are always so cute.
The wedding season officially opens for us on Saturday also. I am looking forward to spending the day with Ann and Michael this Saturday.
I think summer is finally here. Warm days and cool nights are here to stay for a while.
Check back in a few days for more!
